Help how to use the filter combo box and add customers to another table

I will design a database for a charity

    I designed 4 main tables

The first is a database of eligible recipients

    Second for donors

The third table of donations that reach the association

Fourth table for the distribution of donations that reach the association

But the database is somewhat large, thank God, the donations are more

In the distribution table, I made 2 data entry forms

The first form of cash donations in this table

    Simple data entry

I need to design a form for distributing in-kind donations

The form includes 2 combo boxes, the first combo box includes the names of regions or neighborhoods from the database to be added to the distribution table

The second combo box includes the categories in the base

I can filter through them the names in the base and add them in the distribution table

    work on them

Choose from the first combobox the first region, for example

And he chose from the second combobox, for example, the category of orphans

The names in the database in the first region, the category of orphans, are added to the distribution table to make a report with these names and print them

    Sorry for the long explanation

    Hi
Can you upload your database so we can see the table structures?
