listbox value

I have a listbox in a form with SKUNames. When I run vba code to pull the value of the chosen skuname in the list box, it returns the SKUID rather than the SKU name. How can I get the SKUName to return? Thanks.

Use the correct column.

Edit: I would not use the name. That is one of the benefits of surrogate keys. If the description changes, the code still works. If you test for name, and that changes, your code breaks.
