Switchboard with no toolbars - Oops

    Folks,

I produced an inventory database with a cool switchboard. I must have been dumb and clicked too many boxes under options. Now when I open the database it only brings up the switchboard with no tool bars at the top. I think I locked myself out of my own database.
Am I missing a way back in to the DB?
    Thanks,
    Ed

As you are opening the db, hold down the Shift key
