I had a form that I renamed, when I renamed it created a new Class Object - now I can't delete the old one.
Now when I open the database I keep getting the error but I can't delete the Class because it's not active.
Is there a workaround?

Try to open the db holding down the SHIFT key to bypass any opening code, run a compact and repair while still holding down the SHIFT. Now close the db and decompile it.

Once it is decompile open the VBE window and try to compile it; fix any compile errors you encounter if any. And finally do a final compact and repair.
Cheers,
Have you tried compacting and repairing the database?
Edit: Damn - Too slow!
