I assume that you will be using a report to print an invoice.
Open the report in Print Preview. On the ribbon there are many "Size" settings to choose from.
If you can not find a suitable size I believe you can create your own with "Page Setup" which is also on the ribbon.

Yes, I think so. To be perfectly honest it's been a while since I've needed to do this but I think that's what you'll need to do. Suggest you use a copy of the db and have a play with it. Sorry that I can't be of more help. Post back if you're still having problems though. There are many members with a greater knowledge than I have who I'm sure will help.

Try it but I don't think it will do what you want.
If your printer driver allows you to set custom sizes, seems Access should see it. Which is not what you are getting. My printer driver isn't allowing me to set custom size so I can't verify.

I did a search on "Fixing missing custom paper size option". Mostly the results state "The available paper sizes are dictated by the printer/printer driver".
You might look at these two pages:

I actually found the printer server and added a custom size, but it is not available to me from page layout or 'Size' dropdown in MS Access. I am building a report to print QR Codes on tickets that are 2"x51/2". Ideally, I think it would make sense to output to a PDF first. Any insight would be appreciated.
Usually best to start your own thread instead of resurrecting an old one.
What printer are you using? Are these tickets on a roll or 8.5x11 sheet?
