Report from Query - ASk me the query criteria when I open the report

I have a report based on a query. Everything works fine. If I put the query criteria (a 4 digit number) it works. Is there I way I can set up the report to ask me from a dialogue box when I open the report? It seems like I learned how to do that here and I can't remember.



What I would like is for the report to ask me to specify the 4 digit number when I open the report.

put it in the query in criteria under the field:
[enter 4 digit#]

Advise not to use dynamic parameter popup input prompts because cannot validate user input. Reference controls on form for user input.
