No Design View

I have an accdb database that has run beautifully for several years. A recent upgrade to MS 360 has caused the Design view to disappear from the ribbon, the view button or opening an object in design mode. In the File tab the Options button id grayed out. If reviewed and tried several option found on-line with no results at all. I have brought a copy of the database from my development machine that works well there but not in the production environment.

I'm sure one of you have run into this before. Hopefully you can head me in the right direction.
