Display printable fields with conditions in access

    Hi
I'm currently creating a database for medical test results.
A patient can perform several examinations of the same and/or different batches (see diagram).

But the result must be returned in a single paper.
So I created a table containing all the fields, a form containing all the fields and an identical report. But the problem is that the report spreads over three pages (not too convenient, especially since most patients don't systematically do all the tests). So I would like to put conditions (if possible) to display only the exams that will be filled in when printing the form.
Is this possible? Is this the right method I use? Thank you for helping the beginner that I am.

Exams should be records, not fields. If there is no exam record then it won't occupy report space.

Diagram doesn't really show us your actual table structure. If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
