Form Update

i know this is probably easy, but im still learning.

i have a main form that shows a list of employees where you can click add new emp or click on an emp name and i will bring up thier info. my problem is that when i add a new employee. the employee doesnt show up in the main general form until i close it and reopen. thanks alot.

requery the main general form right after you save the new emp.
