    Emailing record attachments

The records in my database are a summary of the attached documents in order to filter/query the documents the end user needs. Once I filter through the records, there could be more than one record with one or more attachments. Is it possible to combine all the attachment to an email ? I haven't found anything close to it in my research hence why I'm posting.

if not plausible, what about instead of attaching the doucuments to their respective records, what about hyperlinks to the documents on a OneDrive account instead of attachments to records? Can the hyperlinks be summized in an email or report after a filter/query?

Embedded attachments have to first be saved out to local folder then use Outlook automation to attach files to email.

    Embedding hyperlinks in email options:

    1. report with hyperlinks in textboxes and use SendObject to send report as attachment

    2. again use Outlook automation to embed hyperlinks in email body with HTML code tags.

All have been topics of numerous threads.
