    Display field if condition is true

    hi i am trying to design a query with in value of one field and it is to display equal number of fields to enter values.



    example. if in a class i have 2 kids. i need to enter 2 sets of data like names in two different fields. but if in a class 3 kids i need option to enter 3 sets of data in to 3 fields.

    your design is incorrect - what if you have 11 kids? redesign the database? Your design is based on Exel thinking, not database thinking

    from the small amount of info provided your table should look like

    KidPK...KidName...Grade
    1...…….harry...…….2
    2...…...john...……...2
    3...…….Sue...……….2
    4...…… harry...…….1
    5...…….harry...…...3
    etc
