    Is there a way of converting a report in Access to Word?

    yes, in fact it is an embedded feature and one of the advantages of the Office suite.

    in most tool bars you will see the W Word icon - just press that...if you don't see it - not sure what version you have...but look around in the ribbon or tool menu area and you willl find it....

    I use export to .rtf file then rename to a .doc file.
