I can't win
That might be your own OneDrive folder. At least that's where the link seems to take me. When I choose other folders, what looks like the account number in the url doesn't change.
We are talking about a db that's less than 2 Mb, yes?
If you could, please, use the login and password I sent in the previous post(s). I logged on and had not problem.
Thank you
Steven
Yes it is less than 2MB. Would it help if I uploaded the Database Documenter report for the form(s) and/or table?
Steven
I repeat - as soon as I click on Shared (or any other icon) I end up in my own One Drive account. Maybe you haven't set up a folder for sharing? I have an account but have never done that. The documenter details won't help me. Maybe June7?
I'm at a loss to understand why you can't upload here if it's 2 mb or less and you're following the directions exactly. Maybe try a jpg and if that does work contact a forum admin and ask why not a db?
The link doesn't offer any opportunity to enter login and password. Doesn't login require email/phone/skype to identify the account? To share OneDrive folder https://support.office.com/en-us/art...0-a82024800c07
As for uploading the Database Documenter - that monstrous report that Access builds - I would not even look at it.
A Windows compression zip file of under 2mb should upload.

I have set my OneDrive account to allow sharing. Below is the link and a password is not required. I cannot determine why my system will not allow me to upload my file to this site. Perhaps this is a solution.
All of you have been extremely patient and helpful and I am thankful for your assistance.

You said it was less than 2 Mb but it's 36 Mb?? And that is after being zipped?
Am I wrong, or is it no wonder that you couldn't upload it?
you have ="[PvNum]=" & Forms![Product Variable Search]![PvNum] in your embedded macro on form pv num search
Not sure if the double = sign is the issue or that you're referring to the wrong form or if it's something else. I don't use and don't care for macros of any sort so am not totally familiar with them.
This seems to work
Forms![Prime Inventory Entry]![VarNum]= [PvNum]
OP was likely mixing 2GB db limit with 2MB forum limit. Case of seeing and thinking different things.
Form Click event will not execute because there are active controls on the form. Should probably put code in Load event or just eliminate it, don't really think is needed.
[Prime Inventory Entry] form has DataEntry property set to yes. This means cannot open to a filtered set of existing records, only to new record row. Change to No.
I see the following expression in the macro - ="[PvNum]=" & [PvNum] - remove the first = sign and it works.
