previous records on data entry form not alpha-numeric order

On my data entry form when I put in a persons name and it brings up all the past records for that individual, some of the records are out of order by date. I was wondering if there was a way to make the form always list the past records in numeric order?



The Form is FrmMain and just select any name from the drop down list to see what I am talking about.

Check that your form's recordsource uses an Order By in the sequence you need.

Or set the form's OrderBy property on the load event.

See if that is what you want. I have changed the record source of the subform by bringing the workday in front of the two time columns and set the ascending sort order on it.
