Need a little help...
I am trying to have it when the user presses the save button it email the record as well, having trouble with the sending of a single record. It keeps sending all the records in the table attached to form.
Any advise?

If you're sending a report, you can open it filtered first with this:

so having it open a report to send would be the easiest way? I was wondering if it could send like a "screenshot" of current record?
You could pull form values into the body of the email.
Depending on what method you intend to use to email this second form or a report, you might want to check out the method if not real familiar with it. For example, one can use DoCmd.SendObject, which has limitations that might interfere with your plans. Plenty of resources - here's one on that method

Thank you all, between all the information provided I was able to get it figured out.
I created a new report which looks like the form and have the button email out the report.
Thank you all
