    Need help sizing form

I am fairly new to Access and I am having issues with my form display.

This form is used to enter selection criteria for a report that can be either Printed or Previewed.

I have no idea why my form is displaying this extra white space in my form. Also, why is the Footer displayed when I have the Height = 0".

    Thanks.
    Sandy

Extra space is because in Form view the Header and Footer bars and the ruler do not show and therefore the form 'compresses' up.

Resize in design view so that the bottom edge covers some of the controls. This is a trial-and-error process to get the size right.

Right now I can't remember what causes the grey bar.

Hmm, to better control the size of the Form use DoCmd.MoveSize (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/off...docmd.movesize). The grey bar may be there is you set both Scrollbars to Show. Try selecting Vertical Only and see if it goes away.
