    Report in Access

Good afternoon, someone knows how to build in access a report that tells me the amount of data of a certain column, eg: column state has 50 data. 30 status data: PAID and 20 data with DEBTOR status. I can generate a report as a dynamic table. like this:

    STATE CANT PERCENTAGE
    PAYMENT 30 60%
    DEBTOR 20 40%

Use report Sorting & Grouping features with aggregate calcs. Have a textbox in report or group footer section with expression to Sum or Count. Then textbox in group or detail section references that footer textbox in expression to calculate percentage.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
