    Form Navigation

    Hello Access Gurus,
I am creating a simple MS Access database to track the performance of production workforce. First I created a table, by importing the MS Excel file and from that table I created the form. I did some trials with the form that I developed by using 8 forms to enter the data of 8 personnel, all the data that I enter into the form is stored in the table in 8 rows. But when I close the MS Access file and when I reopen the file again, it takes me to the first form that is already filled. How do I make the MS Access to take me to the next blank form (i.e., 9th form in this case) to continue my data input. I kindly request for your guidance. Any help is much appreciated.

    Thanks.

Try setting the form's Data Entry property to Yes.
