Lookup cost of item when item picked from combo box

    Hi all.
So its been a looooooooong time since i have done anything with Access and i am racking my brain trying to remember how to do something but just cant figure it out.
Cant even remember the naming convention with access so am finding it hard to search for the info i want.

Basically i have an order form, on the form there is a combo box that i pick an item from an inventory table.
I then have a text box that i put in the qty of said item.
I then want a box that works out the total cost.

how do i do that? Just cant remember, im sure the answer is going to be very easy.

    Thanks for any help.

I'd add the cost to the combo:
