    Login issue

    Hi,

I set up a user with a new credentials and tested it on my PC, and on someone else’s PC & verified it works fine. However, the user is not able to successfully login on his PC using the same credentials. The debug window appears, and the computer freezes up. I also used my credentials to log in on his PC without any problems.

One thing I noticed when troubleshooting is the network location:
The user with the login issue has the following path:
    AIG(\\cifs\shared) (U))

And, all other users (including me) have the following:
    AIG(\\cluster1\shared) (U))

Is this something the IT folks (server admins) need to give him access to \\cluster1\shared folder?

    TIA

    Regards,

ranman256, thank you I'll reach out to the network admin to give the user access to the server.

    Regards,
