Question Unable to enter data in form

I have a DB that I added a "default" table to for calculation Purposed. After adding the "default" table, I am unable to enter data in the forms of queries in the DB. The "default" table is related to the "attendee" table "one to many". The field "Rally" in the "defaults" table is related to the "rally" field in the "attendee" table. Many records in the "attendee" table are related to one record in the "defaults" table. The queries for the "attendee" table are set for "select" query. Hope this makes sense.

I have another db that uses the same tables and it works fine with these settings. Have not been able to find the problem with the db with the added table. HELP!

If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.
