Why is this form with multi field search box not working?



Hi everyone,

I am a new member of this forum.

Please be helpful to me.

I have created a Form with multi field search box. To execute this I made a Query

But i am not getting any result.

Going through the attached file, could you please tell me where the problem is.

Fazlul,

There is no need to post the same question more than once.
Many will not go to offsite links.
You should do a compact and repair on your database, then zip it and attach to a post.
It is often a good practice to describe your business that your database is intended to support.
