    Print report based on filtered records on form

    Dear Gents,
    I have a form that can i filter my products by qty or by name or whatever .. I need to make my report to be printed based on my search on my form ..
    My search in form is done by using select statements something like - task = "SELECT * FROM Products"
    Me.RecordSource = task

    How can i print my report based on form RecordSource ?

    I don't see any filter criteria in that SQL. Instead of setting form RecordSource suggest you set Filter property. Use the same filter criteria for report. Review http://allenbrowne.com/ser-62.html
    How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
