Not clear what you've got or what the image is about. Is that a form? Query? Table? Is it a lookup field in a table? If so, see http://access.mvps.org/access/lookupfields.htm for more info.
Is it a multivalue field in a table? If so, IMHO, that is the root of your problem, compounded by using tables for data entry. I don't have any good links about why not to use mvf's if you're not interacting with SharePoint lists. Google multi value field and decide for yourself if they are something to avoid. You will find out that you're basically dealing with a reference to a hidden table that cannot be exposed. They are not exactly the same thing as a lookup field; some articles will confuse the two but from what I know, the issues pretty much apply to either of those field types.
The more we hear silence, the more we begin to think about our value in this universe.
