Question Auto saving data from RECORD IN FORM TO SUBFORM

I am new to Access (Using Access 2013). For that reason please forgive me for my layman's terms to describe what I am trying to achieve.

I have created a 'Tasking' Form which records when tasks assigned to individual members of staff. The Form includes the following fields:-

    · Task number (1 - Upwards)
    · Priority level (Combobox -High, Medium, Low, No priority)
    · Status (Combobox - Live, Complete, Awaits allocation, Record only)
    · Allocated by (Combobox List of names)

    · Allocated to (Combobox List of names)
    · Date assigned (Date picker)
    · Target completion date (Date picker)
    · Actual completion date (Date picker)
    · Entry (Long text box)
    · Date of entry (Date picker)
    · Supervisor Comments (Long text box)
    · Entry date Supervisor (Date picker)
    · Other comments (Long text box)

What I am trying to achieve is when any entry is made and saved on any of the fields Entry, Date of entry, Supervisor Comments, Entry date Supervisor and Other comments that this information auto populates on to a subform shown within that same main form record and that all the fields shown in red default to clear ready for any subsequent entries under the same task number. And as subsequent entries are made the subform relating to that task will build up and therefore all previous entries can be viewed.

There may be a better way of doing this, but I simply want to be able to see progress relating to any particular task on the one record. NB. Any new tasks will be recorded on a new record.

I would be extremely grateful for any help in this area.

    Thank you

The black fields would be in the master record TaskID,
The red fields are in the subForm. (Including TaskID)
moving to the next record in the subForm will give blank fields to enter.
