    Windows Message On Logon

Somewhere over a decade or 2 ago I remember when I would login to a network there would be a huge message box that you were to click "OK" to agree to using. Any Idea how to achieve this similarly within windows 10? I thought this was done in the Group Policy Editor, but so far I havent found so much

    - "doesn't work" is no help. Post err msgs and where.
    - Use code tags for code/sql. Implement changes in copies of your database.
So, like, why do you, like, start a sentence with, like, "so"?
