    Regarding Forms

There is a Form in my db named Cash_Office. It contains a subform. When I change the tab the subform on the previous remains on the screen. How to avoid this?

there's a 'box' in the tab control, put your subform in the box,
change tab, put another subform in that tab's box.
NOTE: with lots of tabs and subforms you can hit a memory limit. 2 or 3 subforms wont hurt.
    or
use only 1 subform (outside the box)
the 1 subform shows for every tab (cause its not in the box) BUT you use code to swap the source query of the subform.
    (saves on memory)

Keep Shift Key down while placing the Sub-Form on a Tab.

I think that because the subform is in the Tab Order List it is visible in all the tabbed panes. I changed its Tab stop prop. to NO. But it still appears in the Tab Order List. How to remove it from the Tab Order List?

Kindly see Attachment. (While opening the Form you will be prompted to enter certain values . Just press ENTER till the Form appears). The subform is on the ENTRY tab but it also appears on the PRINTING tab. How to avoid this? The subform should appear only on the ENTRY tab.

You need to put sub form on the the tabbed page, not on the form in the background.
    See the attached.Database2.accdb
