Compare tables and tell me differences

I want to be able to compare 2 tables and tell me what the differences are, is there a function to do this or do I have to write my own?

    thanks

yes you can, but just asking about DIFFERENCES is so generic that noone will be able to answer you. you need quite a bit more specs about your needs

Lets say table 1 has 10 records and each record represents a person and has some attributes such as height. In table 1 the first record is James and his height is 6'2"
Table 2 has 11 records and the first 10 records match up all except James height is 5'7"
I want a way to be able to see the differences between the 2 tables which in this case would be the height of James and the 11th record in table 2.
I am not sure the best way to go about doing this, any help would be appreciated.

Since I am not familiar with this process if that still wasnt what you were looking for as in terms of specs maybe you could give an example.
    Thanks.
