Copying a table doesn't copy all the currency fields with euro symbol

This seems weird. I have a table with about 10 currency fields, formatted with the euro currency symbol. When I copy and paste the table elsewhere, not all of the currency fields have the euro symbol, some have the £ symbol. Also the font in the pasted table changes to Calibri from Arial. This isn't as important in a table as it is irritating. Calibri obviously contains the euro symbol because it appears in some of the fields, anyone have any ideas please?

That is bizarre. Copy table means copy everything; fields and settings.
But why are you copying the table?

To move it to an archive, but I've also tried pasting it into the same database with a different name with the same outcome. Like I said, weird. I was sure to choose Data and Structure.
