How to enable in a Form that shows last record only in

Dear All,

is there any option in a form that show last record only while it is in open mode for entry. It doesn't show all records while open the form in entry mode. while navigation it only shows the correspond record.

short answer is no, there no option to show just the last record (and presumably the row for the new record?).

Suggest explain what it is you are trying to do - it may be possible to filter the form in some way to display the last record - but 'last' means nothing in databases without an order - which might for example be based on an autonumber or a date/time timestamp field.
