    access query counter field on a continuous form

    Hello,

    I have a continuous form with a quary that generted in VBA, the quary takes some value's from the form like date and customer name....



    Now I want to add a simpel counter field that start in 1 (in the first record) and end in X in the last record.

    how can I do it ?

    theres no good way,
    besides, there's already a counter at the bottom of the list. It tells you what record you are on.
    Record # have no meaning since you can sort it anyway you want.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
