Inputting Data in a Form Based on Relationship with more than one Table

    Good morning All,

I need help in creating a form for persons to select their lunch orders daily. I have created the tables and also queries to see the output. But I need a form to input the choices and that's where my struggle is. I want the "StaffMenuDetail" table to store the detail and generate a report using the query "qryMenuChoosen". I don't know how to create the form using the "StaffMenuDetail" table where the relationship would be used to display the choices on the form.

Any help will be appreciated. I have attached the work done so far, that is, tables created, and the queries.

    Thanks.

Think I would have one table for all choices with another field to identify category (carb, protein, vege, side, app).

Bind a form to StaffMenuDetail and have comboboxes to select choices. Each combobox can list only the category and records relevant to the field and weekday. This is called cascading or dependent comboboxes. Common topic.

Probably should not have Branch in that table.
