Put Gif and Buttom in ribbon for open form on Access

I want to open an existing form by clicking on the button created in the ribbon bar (the shape of the house) and put a jumper in the form.
    Thanks.

I am not able to open rar files. Can attach zip file up to 2mb to forum post.

What do you mean by 'jumper'?

Should have also mentioned I can't read that language. Not sure where to click to download file. Not sure I want to. Why don't you reduce file size and attach to forum post?

No, I am not providing email address. You should not post your email address either.

Files can be attached to forum post per instructions at bottom of my post. However, probably won't be any benefit since I can't read the language.

Why have you posted a picture of a waterfall?

If you want people to look at your files, attach them to your post as june suggested
Many of us are reluctant to view files on external sites

Uploading 3 files instead of single zip to that site accomplished nothing. Still same issue I can't read the language.

Exactly what have you attempted to achieve goal? Post code.
