Is there a reference for why some of my Reports look different (contain different information) when viewed onscreen in Access than when printed out?

The onscreen guesses that you will be using the default printer (fonts and layout)
if you change printer, so could the settings, looks, output.
wild guess - the criteria used for the screen is different for the print.
One thing is if you're calculating Totals or anything else in the Report using VBA you need to clear out those Variables. Otherwise when the report generates for the printer they will be totaled again. Had a couple of reports at one time that had totals doubled everytime I printed it. That was a long time ago but it's still something I have to remind myself todo.
Hmmm...this may be the issue. The content of summed/grouped rows is what is different, not the print format parameters. I will have to look at that.
