Compatibility issue between two versions of MS Access 2016

An Access file created with Office 365 ProPlus/MS Access 2016 will not function in the standalone version of MS Access 2016.

    Office 365 version: 16.0.8421

Stand alone version: 16.0.4639 (I believe this is the latest standalone version)

The file opens in the standalone version, but when clicking on an object, it errors with the attached message.

Any ideas how I can get these to play together?

Almost certainly you have one or more fields that use the new large number or bigint datatype which isn't available in earlier versions of A2016 or any previous version. You need to change to another number datatype such as long integer or possibly double.
