Question When run a report it asks for the field that is not there

I copied one of my existing reports to modify it. When run a report it asks for the field that is not there. I did check the query, report, sorting, properties and still can't figure out why does it ask for the field from the original report that is now here any longer. Apparently, I missing some troubleshooting technique to fix it. Please advise.

if the field is not in the query,
check you didnt mispell a field you THINK is there,
check if you have a text box on the report for a field that is not there,
    and the big one,
check the report SORT in the grouping/sorting for EXPRESSION. (this usu means the field is not there)

ranman256! You are Great! Thanks a lot! It was in SORTING, but I never clicked on EXPRESSION before. As soon as I removed the EXPRESSION section the error was gone. I am very glad I learned something new today. Have a nice day! And I appreciate your prompt reply!
