Help! Broken DB, business crying for help!

I have an Access 2010 DB which was originally a 2003, with ActiveX Controls peppered on the forms.

Some of the computers in the company have Office 2010 32-bit, while others have the 64-bit version installed.
In the 64-bit version, the ActiveX controls are basically gone - not supported, or not registered. when I try to use existing ActiveX, some get "not installed" error, while others work.

What's my quickest solution to get these forms to work in both 32- and 64-bit versions of Access 2010?

Quick help would be MOST appreciated.

If all the ActiveX Control were made in-house, you can probably just recompile them for 64-bit applications, but if you're using standard or third party Access Controls, then you're out of luck.

Very few ActiveX Controls seem to work for 64-bit Access. So, if you can't recompile the Controls yourself, your only option is to reinstall Access as a 32-bit application. If it was installed as a part of Office, that will unfortunately mean you have to reinstall all of Office as 32-bit too.

Not sure how this would work with the Runtime though. You might be able to get away with having a 32-bit Runtime if your Office install was 64-bit.
