maybe a silly question,but, here goes i have been volunteering in a health care facility and have designed and now implemented a client database that they are now using, my, i would like to know how long and how much this would cost on average if you had to get a paid access developer to do this.

Around here though, professional programming services are generally billed at $80.00 - $100.00 per hour.
