Deleting Records via button on form

I have a form with tabs (see below). I added a "delete record" button. It isn't working--nothing happens. I set it up with the button wizard and chose delete record. Is it not working because of the multiple tabs? I made sure referential integrity and cascades are set up. Any ideas? TIA!

Would have to see code. So I presume the wizard created a macro? I never use macros, only VBA.
This is a form with a Tab control? The main form is bound? It is record on main form you want to delete?
Why delete data?

What exactly do you want to delete?I added a "delete record" button.
