where is "send to back"

Hi, I have a rectangle with back color surrounding some controls, half of the controls are not visible.
I'm looking for "send to back" under the Format tab for the rectangle but it's not there, where can I find ?

its not on the property window,
right click on object, position, send to back

Found it!, thanks very much for your prompt reply. Googling it tells me to Format > Send to back. Go figure!
