    Duplicate records Multiple fields

I need to prevent duplicate records by using two fields in a table. I want to make sure one user can make one record for that date. I need to look at the [EmployeesID] and [ContactDate]. If they are the same as the new record being entered, I don't want the new record.

Make a unique composite index of the fields involved. The database will prevent multiple entries.
    Good luck.
