Query with possibility to input data - how to do it?

Hi Guys,

i have a query:



If i run this query i see data what i want but i cant add new rows to it:





I suppose it is because of relationships.
It is possibility to change something within table to change it ? Or with relationships?

I can change my tbl_Employees table because i want to have only unique records on form using combobox.
If I added for example Employee_ID_FK into tbl_Employee tbl_Employee will have a lot of PESELs numbers and in combobox there will be problem with duplicates.
