DB Created in Access 2010, recently upgraded to 2016, some items no longer display on reports

    Hello,

I created a db in Access 2010. I have recently been upgraded to Access 2016. I have a report that displayed several fields, two of which were yes/no fields. The field names show up on the report, but the check boxes are no longer visible. How do I get them to display on the report?

    Thanks in advance!

They're visible in design view? Is their Visible property set to Yes? Is there any code running that might hide them? Simply upgrading shouldn't drop them from the report.

Sorry, let me rephrase.....I can see them on the screen, however, they do not show up when I print the report.

Sorry, I goofed the name of the property (wasn't on a computer). I don't have 2016 on a computer with a printer, but a client does and he doesn't have this problem. There's no code behind the report? There are events that run in some views but not others, so that's a potential problem area.

No worries, I knew what you meant. The report is based on a query, which filters on one of the yes/no fields.

Since a checkbox is a graphic, not text, perhaps the issue is with 2016 communicating with printer. Try a different printer?

Just for the heck of it I printed the query view as well, the yes/no fields did not print.

I tried a different printer, it printed fine. Our techies will be so happy to know that they need to replace our printer now

Good catch June7. Vickster, you might try uninstalling the printer driver and reinstalling it. It's a shot in the dark, but it could just be the driver.
