Error on importing Excel file into MS Access.

In the pdf file that is attached is a snagit shot error that I receive when I tried to import and Excel files into MS Access 2010.

I checked the box for the first row to be field names, but it generated the error just the same.

As you can see my field names are more than one line, but I thought MS Access could handle that. Is this (multiple line for a field name) is what is causing
    the error.

If so how do I fix it.

Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Respectfully,

    Lou Reed

I'd call it more of a warning than an error. Your first row does NOT contain headings. Those are in row 4 it appears, some also in 3. Try deleting the first 3 rows from the spreadsheet and see what happens.
