access 2016 backward compatability

Hi

my database written is 2013 works perfectly although of course I'm fine tuning etc.

A user tells me they have issues scrolling down a Form when the query results fill the screen - continuous form format . Not something I've experienced in 2013 or 2000.

Could this be an Access 2016 comparability issue?

I have sent her a link to the 2013 run time which again I've tested. and it works

it seems 2016 has weird bugs here and there for different PCs.
