Import Data From Excel to MS Access

Hi

I am new to MS Access , So i do not have much idea about this.
My scenario is i need to import a excel sheet data to MS Access where the data in the excel is updating everyday and i need to get the updated data in MS Access.


Which way is the best way, i have used the DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet method but it is not updating the new value.

If the spreadsheet is a simple enough structure, try just setting a link. Then can manipulate the linked table just like a natural table, except cannot edit the spreadsheet data through the link.
