    I am looking at this now. I did not realize that it was possible to attach zip files... much easier than a DropBox link ...



    In fisrtlook at the tblRefs I was expeciign to see multiple ref numbers for many distribution records. I will take time see (and learn) how this is all working.

    In fisrtlook at the tblRefs I was expeciign to see multiple ref numbers for many distribution records.
    The design is to avoid having to do that. Each record in tblRefs represents one citation for a specific Admin_Code + spec_code combination. If a Admin_Code + spec_code combination has more than one citation, there will be multiple records for it. In the sample database, there is only one combination ("Myopil" + "USA-MS-Bolivar") with multiple citations, i.e. ID 18265 in [New Distributions]
