Main Menu Disappears after clicking Enable Content

A database I use has front-end menu forms. They display when I open the database, but when I click the 'Enable Content' button in the Security Warning bar, the menus disappear. I don't believe there are any macros included in the database and the menus worked fine before my laptop was reimaged recently. Help.

This sounds like a trust issue. Have you gone in and set/reset the trusted locations???

Yes, I have looked at about every trust setting. When I click the Clear all Trusted Documents button and reopen the database the menus show up but as soon as I click the Enable Content button, they disappear again.

Do you have the same problem if you open it on a different computer?

Maybe post your dB??
