    Email DatabaseObject question

On my form I have a button, Send Email, which will send the form via Excel Output. The problem is the excel file includes the Search, PracticeID, and Open fields in it and the users have to go in and delete them before sending.

Is there a way to remove those three fields?

I have went to properties and marked them Screen Only under Format > Display When, but they still show.

The OnClick for the Send Email button is a Macro.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks
