What is wrong with this db.

In the following two attached files contain db's that are titled and are self-explanatory in function.

In each db if one unpacks it a opens the db, the db Division_Dashboard db appears in a folder.

The one labeled fails, fails in frmAttendance. In that db if one opens the frmAttendance and selects a meeting date
then one gets only one name in the subform. That is wrong. The subform at that point should contain all the names of
the personnel. All of them. This allow a user to go through and check name of who attended what meeting on what date.

This can be shown by opening the other db labeled works and going to its frmAttendance. Then when one selects a meeting date, then all of the personnel in the
tblPersonnel go into the db. I just need to know how to change the failing db so it works like the working db.

Any help appreciated. thanks in advance.

    Respectfully,

    Lou Reed

Attachment 28737They both work exactly the same. the only difference is a lack of data in the one named failed. It can only show what you tell it to show.

That would seem logical. But in the one that works, is it possible to transfer the attachment to the one that fails and have it work to? Is this attachment inconsistency a cause or effect?

I just checked what you said. I am confused. I think that you are onto something, but it is not complete.

Take the "fails" db. When I open up frmAttendance and select a MeetingDate from the combo box in the upper right hand corner, the subform below it
should show me all of the personnel. The I can mark them as present, absent etc. The db marked, "works", allows me to do that.

The db marked "fails" does not. In the db marked fails only allows one employee name to be shown. Just one. It should show all of the employees in the
tblPersonnel. For now the "fails" db does not.

Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.
